Fruit-forward and distinctly tart, this sour ale is brewed with a generous addition of blueberries, lactose and aromatic extracts of Mosaic hops. Ripe blueberry gives the palate its centre, while lactose softens the acidity and hop aromatics add definition. The result is vivid and rounded, with a refreshing sour line through the finish. Serve well chilled with chèvre, duck confit, berry desserts or vanilla cheesecake.
