Hand-picked juniper and fine botanicals provide a clean gin backbone, while hints of bitter orange rind keep the fruit bright rather than sweet. The finish is refreshing, lightly herbal and persistent. Serve with tonic and a lemon wheel, or use it to sharpen a Martini, Collins or spritz.
