Caraway and dill lead with a clean, savoury aroma and a distinctly Nordic herbal character. The palate is soft and rounded, allowing the seed spice to unfold gradually rather than arriving sharply. A gentle warmth develops through the middle, followed by a lingering finish of caraway, dill and dry spice. Serve well chilled alongside smoked or cured fish, or pour a small measure with a traditional cold table where its clear structure can refresh the palate.
