About The Irony Spirits
The Irony makes infused spirits in Vancouver, steeping fruit, berries, herbs and root vegetables in a spirit base. That base is distilled by Mad Laboratory, another Vancouver producer, before The Irony carries out its infusions.
Its Euphoria liqueurs are semi-sweet, while the Booster Shot aperitifs take a savoury, semi-dry direction. The ingredients include cranberries from The Bog Riverside Cranberry Farm, locally sourced aronia berries and selected herbs from farms and personal gardens.
