Hand-foraged Vancouver Island Burgundy truffles are macerated in a wheat-based neutral spirit, then redistilled under vacuum to capture their aroma with clarity. The palate is smooth and subtly earthy, with a gentle sweetness that keeps the finish composed. Serve well chilled, use in a dry Martini, or add a measured savoury note to a Caesar. Production is limited, so the character remains distinctly small-batch.
