The texture is rich and custard-like when chilled, but the fruit remains vivid enough to keep the sweetness lively. Pineapple carries through a refreshing, lingering finish with soft coconut in the background. Serve thoroughly chilled or over ice, lengthen with coconut sparkling water, or blend into a Piña Colada where its fruit and cream character can remain central.
