A compact exploration of Vancouver Island distilling, moving through peated spirit, triple-distilled pot-still character and a range of wine, sherry and bourbon-cask influences. Across the selection, honeyed malt and orchard fruit meet gentle spice and polished oak, with smoke appearing as an accent rather than a constant. The contrasting styles make it easy to compare spirit character and cask impact side by side. Pour each sample neat and give it a few minutes in the glass before tasting.

About Macaloney's Island Distillery
Graeme Macaloney founded Macaloney’s Island Distillery on Vancouver Island with support from hundreds of Canadian backers. Based in Saanich near Victoria, he brings his Scottish roots and training to Canadian single malt.
The distillery uses Canadian barley and island water, with distillation in hand-hammered Forsyth copper pot stills. Maturation uses bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry casks and Portuguese wine barrels across different releases. The team also peat-smokes barley on site, experimenting with peat from Vancouver Island, Washington and Islay.
