Vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon open a light, inviting Highland profile. Maturation in bourbon barrels and new oak casks brings gentle sweetness and soft structure without heavy wood influence. Fresh fruit emerges across the palate, joined by ginger, pineapple, lemon and a touch of grain and toast. The texture is round and balanced, with citrus keeping the sweeter notes lively. A clean, refreshing finish carries lemon, ginger and light vanilla. Enjoy neat, over a large cube or in a restrained highball with chilled soda.

About Tomatin Distillery
Tomatin was established south of Inverness in 1897, after the Highland Railway opened up this remote part of Scotland for whisky production. With few workers living nearby, the company built homes for its staff and their families, creating a community around the distillery.
After decades of expansion to supply blends, Tomatin reduced its stills from 23 to 12 in 2002 and put greater emphasis on single malt. The Tomatin range is unpeated and fruit-led; the lightly peated Cù Bòcan is distilled in winter and offers a variety of cask finishes.
