Pear eaux-de-vie, Cognac, water and vanilla sugar made with fresh Madagascar vanilla create a natural, full-bodied liqueur without added flavouring or caramel. The palate is sweet but balanced, combining juicy pear with light baking spice, vanilla and restrained oak. A smooth, aromatic finish leaves fresh pear and warm Cognac behind. Serve over ice, as a digestif or in a sparkling aperitif.
