Crisp juniper provides the foundation, with angelica root adding depth before orange peel, cardamom and coriander bring bright citrus, warm spice and a gently peppery edge. Copper-pot distillation keeps the botanicals layered and clear, allowing the saffron to remain distinctive without overwhelming the classic gin structure. Serve with tonic and an orange twist, or use in a Negroni where its saffron and cardamom character can come forward.
