Freshly ground coffee gives the nose a direct, aromatic lift, supported by raw cane sugar and the rounded character of agave spirit. A fifteen-day infusion builds depth without losing definition, bringing roasted coffee, gentle caramel and a touch of vanilla through the palate. The sweetness is measured and the agave base keeps the centre lively, while a soft chocolate note appears toward the finish. Serve over ice, alongside coffee or as a polished addition to an Espresso Martini.

About Francisco Bañuelos
Francisco Bañuelos makes NODO agave spirits in El Teúl, Zacatecas. His family has worked with agave distillation since the 1970s. The family oversees the cooking, fermentation and distillation of Agave tequilana Weber.
