Crisp green apple, ripe pear and fresh lemon open the nose, with golden cereal adding a gentle savoury note. The palate is fruit-led and balanced, layering orchard fruit and citrus with vanilla meringue and light biscuit sweetness. Maturation across bourbon, refill and re-charred American oak casks gives the whisky a rounded frame, while a measured thread of wood smoke carries through the medium, lightly tangy finish. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
