Creamy vanilla and fresh citrus lead the nose, followed by ripe peach and a soft floral note. The palate is silky and generous, with honey, orange and vanilla unfolding over a delicate thread of coconut and maple. Twelve years in ex-bourbon American white oak casks gives the whisky extra roundness while preserving its bright Highland character. The finish is smooth and lingering, returning to peach, citrus and gentle sweetness. Serve neat, over ice or in a tall highball.
