Mixed citrus, green apple and pear drops lead the nose, with a light tropical note behind them. The palate begins sweet and fruit-forward, then develops a refreshing bitterness that brings shape and balance. Maturation in ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks adds vanilla, gentle wine-cask depth and a polished texture without weighing down the spirit’s naturally lively style. The finish is clean and fresh, with orchard fruit and citrus lingering. Serve neat or with a small splash of water.

About Penderyn
Penderyn began distilling in 2000 and launched its first single malt on Saint David’s Day in 2004. That release revived Welsh whisky making, a tradition dormant since the nineteenth century. A Faraday copper still produces spirit at high strength, while bourbon-cask maturation followed by Madeira finishing helped establish the house style.
Women have long held prominent distilling and blending roles within Penderyn’s technical team. The company also bottles Brecon gin.
