Pure juniper leads the nose with warm forest spice, fresh resin and bright citrus, followed by the earthy floral depth of iris. The palate is rounded and supple, balancing aromatic freshness with measured bitterness and a fine, precise texture. Wild juniper, finger lime, bergamot, rosemary, fennel and verbena create a layered Mediterranean profile, while slow Charentais distillation keeps the botanicals clear rather than heavy. Serve neat, in a dry Martini or with a restrained tonic and a strip of lemon peel.

About Distillerie Azurs
Distillerie Azurs combines winegrowing at Mas des Centenaires with distilling in Gallician, on the edge of France’s Petite Camargue. Its Bonbon Sauvage vermouth uses wine and wine spirit from estate grapes. Its Caviar Bleu gin is made with local wine spirit and wild juniper gathered in the mountains above the Mediterranean. Distiller Jean-Marie Bernard trained in Cognac and previously served as cellar master at Rémy Martin.
