Kōloa Kauaʻi Coffee Rum

Fresh espresso and dark chocolate lead the nose, joined by molasses and a subtle tropical lift. The palate is smooth and concentrated, with roasted coffee, white cane sugar and dry vanilla balanced by lilikoi, hazelnut and ripe stone fruit. A collaboration with Kauaʻi Coffee Company gives the spirit an authentic Arabica and Robusta coffee character rather than simple sweetness. The finish is long and gently dry, carrying cocoa, coffee and dark fruit. Serve over ice, alongside dessert or in an espresso cocktail.
