The palate is silky and full, bringing dark chocolate, roasted coffee and warm spice into a polished, velvety frame. Careful distillation of the estate’s wine marc preserves aromatic detail, while maturation gives the spirit its golden colour and composed depth. The finish is long and gently warming, with bitter almond, cocoa and savoury spice lingering. Serve neat after dinner at cool room temperature.
