Toasted brown sugar and sweet corn lead the nose, with vanilla and light oak underneath. The palate is rounded and grain-forward, bringing caramelized sweetness together with cinnamon, pepper and a mild roasted note. A high-corn mash gives the bourbon a generous texture, while rye and malted barley add enough spice and structure to keep it composed. The finish is warming and measured, carrying caramel, toast and gentle oak. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in an Old Fashioned.
