Cereal and orchard fruit open the nose, with vanilla, citrus and peach adding freshness. The palate is silky and herbaceous, layering ripe apple, white grape and biscuit with orange blossom and a light cocoa note. Maturation in bourbon and refill sherry casks gives the whisky gentle depth while preserving its grassy, fruit-led character. The finish is balanced and quietly warming, with garden herbs, citrus peel and soft oak lingering. Serve neat or add a small amount of water.
