Caramel and toasted grain lead a gently sweet nose, followed by a light nutty note. The palate is velvety and rounded, with wheat softening the bourbon’s structure and allowing caramel, vanilla and subtle baking spice to come forward. A mild roasted character adds depth without making the whiskey heavy. The finish remains smooth and measured, carrying sweet grain, nuts and lingering caramel. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in an Old Fashioned where a softer bourbon profile is preferred.
