The palate is smooth and composed, yet carries more power than the delicate aroma suggests. A firm, enduring structure builds through the middle and gives the spirit a confident, persistent close. Its appeal lies in balance and length rather than overt sweetness or heavy oak. Serve neat in a tulip-shaped glass and allow it a few minutes to settle and open.
