Vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg lead the nose, with black pepper and toasted oak adding definition. The palate is smooth but robust, bringing caramel, butterscotch and ripe fruit together with a high-malt grain character. Made from New York organic corn and malted barley, then double pot distilled and matured in new charred oak, it balances sweetness with firm spice. The finish is warming and persistent, returning to vanilla, pepper, oak and a faint smoky note. Serve neat or in an Old Fashioned.
