Dried fruit, candied citrus peel and mature oak open the nose, with ginger and nutmeg adding lift. The palate is silky and full, bringing sherry richness together with fruit, warm spice and polished European oak. Predominantly matured in sherry-seasoned casks, it balances sweetness with a firm, composed structure. The finish is long and warming, returning to ginger, dried fruit and oak spice. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
