Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
$19,599.99
Extended maturation brings remarkable depth, opening with marzipan, almond and cedar before a delicate thread of smoke emerges. Stewed apple, dark chocolate and toffee build across the palate, with mature oak providing structure rather than heaviness. Bottled at 50% and limited to 836 engraved decanters in presentation cases, it is a contemplative whisky to serve neat in small pours.

About Glenfarclas
John Grant bought Glenfarclas Distillery and Recherlich Farm in 1865, beginning a family stewardship that remains independent generations later. A nineteenth-century partnership with the Pattison firm ended in financial strain for the business. Decades later, George Stanley Grant chose to build stocks for Glenfarclas's own bottlings, laying the groundwork for The Family Casks collection.
The distillery uses spring water from Ben Rinnes and distils its malt twice in direct-fired stills. Its cask selection includes European oak seasoned with Oloroso sherry, sourced from a family-run Spanish bodega.
