Rich oak and gentle nutmeg lead into baked figs, sultanas and black cherries. The palate expands through fruit cake, toasted almond and cinnamon, brightened by orange and mandarin before manuka honey, muscovado sugar, apricot and white pepper add depth. Sherry and bourbon maturation brings balance, while dark chocolate, walnut and fruit compote shape a creamy, spiced finish. Serve neat.

About Arran Distillery
Harold Currie founded Isle of Arran Distillers to bring legal whisky production back to the island. Construction at Lochranza began in 1994, and the first spirit ran from the stills on 29 June 1995.
The northern distillery draws its water from Loch na Davie and is the home of the unpeated Arran Single Malt. It uses traditional copper pot stills. Its sister distillery, Lagg, opened in the south of the island in 2019 to make heavily peated single malt.
