A fresh cider base is rested on organic Sunshine Coast strawberries from neighbouring Grounded Acres Farm. The fruit is handled with restraint, bringing delicate berry perfume and gentle ripeness rather than overt sweetness. Light, bright and refreshing, the palate lands between dry and softly rounded, with a clean orchard finish. Serve chilled with soft cheese, summer salads, roast chicken or berry desserts.

About Sunday Cider
Sunday Cider began with weekly East Vancouver experiments by friends Dane Brown, Clinton McDougall and Patrick Connelly. Working first in a kitchen, they tested apples, yeasts and fermentation methods until the shared project became a cidery. The cidery later moved to a twenty-acre property outside Gibsons, with cider-apple plantings and a picnic area.
It uses fresh-pressed British Columbia apples, generally favouring dry cider. Some ciders incorporate hops, fruit or botanicals, with wine-grape skins used in occasional releases.
