Similkameen-grown apples meet Fraser Valley Bacchus grape skins in an ambient co-fermentation with extended skin contact. Natural malolactic fermentation and ten months on the lees add breadth and texture without dulling the fruit. The profile is exuberantly tropical, with mango and pineapple aromatics over a fresh, bright orchard core. Serve chilled with grilled prawns, roast chicken, soft cheese or lightly spiced dishes.
