The palate is generous yet balanced, bringing ripe fruit and the warmth of aged marc into a smooth, persistent finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with melon, walnut desserts, blue cheese or fruit tart.

About Domaine Rolet
Désiré Rolet founded his Arbois estate in 1942. His children Pierre, Eliane, Guy and Bernard developed the domaine, each taking responsibility for a different part of the business. In 2018, the Rolet family passed the property to the Flambert and Dupuis families, who retained the team and appointed Cédric Ducoté to lead the estate.
Its vineyards span Arbois and the Côtes du Jura, supporting a range of traditional Jura wines. Ducoté is overseeing an organic-conversion programme and giving more attention to individual parcels, with native yeasts and whole bunches used selectively in the cellar.
