Lime and green apple lead, with ripe citrus and a fine saline note adding definition. The palate is light-bodied yet concentrated, balancing bright acidity with subtle barrel texture and a gentle tannic edge. Energetic and mineral through the long finish, it suits oysters, grilled white fish, roast chicken or fresh goat cheese.

About Domaine Bessin-Tremblay
Domaine Bessin-Tremblay’s family vineyards in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne date back to 1880. Romain Bessin now directs the domaine, joined by his brother Antoine after their father’s retirement. The estate’s twelve hectares include village, premier-cru and grand-cru Chablis vineyards.
The brothers use organic and biodynamic farming methods, without biodynamic certification, and harvest by hand. Fermentation uses native yeasts, followed by long ageing on the lees.
