Black cherry and dark plum lead, with dried herbs, graphite and warm spice giving the fruit a distinctly Okanagan frame. The palate is medium-bodied and savoury, with fresh acidity, measured tannins and a supple texture. Cassis and pepper carry into the dry finish, making this composed red a versatile partner for roast lamb, mushrooms or grilled vegetables.
