Tilia 2024 Malbec

Black cherry and plum lead, joined by violets, vanilla and a touch of sweet spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with blackberry, cranberry and blackcurrant giving the wine generous depth while fresh acidity keeps the fruit composed. Soft tannins carry into a rounded finish, making this polished Argentine red a natural match for roast duck, braised beef or a cranberry-glazed pot roast.

About Gonzalo Llensa
Winemaker Gonzalo Llensa makes Tilia in Junín, using grapes from several parts of Mendoza. His cellar priorities include conserving water, reusing resources and reducing waste. The name Tilia comes from the linden tree, or tilo, valued locally for its resilience in Mendoza’s dry climate and mountain cold.
