The palate is crisp and light-bodied, carrying raspberry, pink grapefruit and ripe melon over bright acidity and a clean mineral edge. Dry and elegant through the finish, this is a versatile rosé for seafood, salads or charcuterie.

Maison Saint AIX makes Villa del Rose, a rosé from Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. The house’s 75-hectare estate lies high in the appellation near Sainte-Victoire mountain, on limestone-rich soils. Sunny days are tempered by cool nights and steady breezes.
