Ripe tropical fruit and citrus lead, followed by melon and soft stone-fruit notes. The palate is rounded but fresh, with enough acidity to keep the generous fruit clear and balanced. About Cramele Recaș
Cramele Recaș was established in 1991 in Banat, near Timișoara, in a district where written records place winegrowing as early as 1447. Romanian grape varieties grow alongside international ones, and the modern cellars make both varietal wines and natural and orange styles.
