Red cherry, cranberry and raspberry lead the nose, joined by subtle orange, fynbos, musk and earth. The palate is poised rather than fragile, with clear fruit expression, fresh acidity and powdery tannins. Made from Grenache, it includes forty percent whole bunches and spends ten months in older oak. Fruit, freshness, fine tannin and savoury detail come together in a precise, well-defined profile.
