River Stone 2022 Estate Pinot Gris
$24.99
Apple, pear, melon and stone fruit give the nose a generous, inviting start. The palate is gently off-dry but kept lively by balanced acidity, with a subtle mineral note adding definition through the centre. Smooth and refreshing, it carries the fruit into a long, clean finish. Serve lightly chilled with roast chicken, creamy cheeses, grilled prawns or lightly spiced vegetable dishes.

About River Stone Estate Winery
Ted Kane began experimenting with fermentation as a teenager, long before he and Lorraine moved their young family from Alberta to Oliver to establish River Stone. They started with a 9.5-acre parcel beside the Okanagan River, and Ted studied viticulture at Okanagan University College as the vineyard took shape.
River Rock Vineyard surrounds the family home and tasting room, while Boulder City Vineyard lies across Tucelnuit Drive; both have rocky, sandy and gravelly soils left by retreating glaciers. Ted directs wine and vineyard operations, Lorraine is co-owner, and Austin Hodinsky is winemaker and vineyard manager, having joined the team in 2020.
