Red cherry, dried strawberry and rose petal rise first, followed by forest floor and subtle spice. Raspberry and cranberry shape a composed, savoury palate, with tea leaf and earthy mineral detail adding depth. Firm, finely woven tannins give classical poise, while lingering floral and savoury notes carry the long, elegant finish.

About Domaine Faiveley
Domaine Faiveley was founded at Nuits-Saint-Georges in 1825 and remains in the hands of the family’s seventh generation. Only twenty-five when he assumed direction in 2005, Erwan Faiveley was joined by his sister Eve in 2014.
The domaine reaches from the Côte de Nuits through the Côte de Beaune and onward into the Côte Chalonnaise. Its range is centred on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In the vineyards, Faiveley works with scientists on trials intended to improve soil health and biodiversity.
