Black Sheep Añejo Tequila

Intense amber in colour, with warm oak, baked agave and caramel leading the aroma. The palate is rounded and complex, bringing roasted agave, honey and vanilla together with toasted wood and a measured sweetness. Oak remains present without overwhelming the spirit’s natural character. The finish is long and evolving, leaving baked agave, caramel and lingering barrel spice.

About Black Sheep Tequila
Black Sheep Tequila began with agave grower Rodolfo Tabarez and entrepreneur Jason Charles in Jalisco. A fifth-generation agave farmer, Tabarez tends Blue Weber agave in the Los Altos highlands.
Ripe agaves are selected individually, then their hearts are closely trimmed before cooking. Production uses slow cooking, open wooden fermentation vats and small pot stills.
