Black currant, dark plum and cassis lead, lifted by dried sage and a measured layer of cedar and French oak spice. The palate is dense yet composed, with blackberry and dark cherry carried by mineral freshness. Polished, persistent tannins frame savoury herbs and stony earth through a long, structured finish.

About Clos du Soleil
Clos du Soleil is a small artisan estate on the Upper Bench of British Columbia’s South Similkameen Valley. Founded in 2006, it takes inspiration from Bordeaux in a landscape of rocky soils, long sunlight and surrounding mountains.
Its four estate vineyards are certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Winemaker and co-owner Michael Clark trained at UC Davis and worked in wineries in Switzerland and Bordeaux.
