Crushed violet, dark cherry and blackberry meet sweet tobacco, dark chocolate and cracked black pepper. The palate is bold and savoury, with firm tannins and a smoky mineral line giving the wine shape and length. Decant before serving with braised beef, grilled lamb or slow-cooked mushroom dishes.

About La Rivolta
The Cotroneo family established Fattoria La Rivolta at Torrecuso in 1997, making their first wines at its stone farmhouse the following year. The estate is certified for organic wine production.
Grapes are picked by hand and made into wine on site, using stainless steel, wood or amphora according to the wine. Aglianico, Falanghina, Greco and Coda di Volpe appear across its wines.
