A restrained Chardonnay with white peach, ripe pear and lemon zest, followed by vanilla, light butter and white pepper. The palate is full and gently creamy, though a fresh mineral line keeps the texture balanced and precise. The finish is clean and measured, making it a refined match for roast chicken, halibut, squash or dishes with a mild cream sauce.

About De Martino
Pietro De Martino arrived in Chile from Italy in 1934 and established the family winery at Isla de Maipo. Four generations of the family have shaped the winery, whose home vineyards have stony soils and a Mediterranean climate. The winery also works with vineyards in Itata and Malleco.
Old-vine País, Cinsault and Semillón feature alongside varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Clay amphorae and large wooden vessels are used according to the wine.
