The Chardonnay has texture, tension and length, with bâtonnage and ageing on the lees among its production details. Subtle oak and bright minerality accompany ripe grapefruit, lemon tart, preserved kumquat, honeysuckle, beeswax and allspice. Medium body and a long, zesty finish complete the profile.
