Ripe peach and dried apricot lead into acacia honey, toasted almond and a gentle woodsy spice. The palate is supple and concentrated, with polished sweetness and enough freshness to keep the texture poised. A savoury nutty edge adds depth to the persistent finish. Serve with almond cake, aged cheese or poached fruit.

About Jermann
Jermann began in 1881, when Anton Jermann moved from Bilijana—now in Slovenia—to Villanova in Friuli and continued his family's winegrowing work. After formal wine studies and experience overseas, Silvio Jermann returned to the family estate in the early 1970s. Vintage Tunina, his field blend, grew from trials with the 1973 harvest and was released in 1975.
The winery has cellars at Villanova and Ruttars, with 170 hectares of vineyards across the Isonzo plain and the Collio hills. The range includes white and red wines made from native and international varieties.
