Green citrus, pear and gooseberry meet white flowers and a subtle tropical note. The palate is dry and aromatic, with orchard-fruit weight through the middle and a lithe, refreshing line of acidity. Clean, quietly textured and versatile, it finishes with citrus and herbs. Pair it with shellfish, goat cheese or lightly spiced vegetables.

About Le Vieux Pin
Le Vieux Pin’s first vintage was 2005, from its Oliver estate on the Black Sage Bench. Named for the solitary old pine on the property, the winery draws on French wine traditions and South Okanagan fruit.
Séverine Pinte joined in 2010 and now serves as winemaker, viticulturist and managing partner. Her work combines low-input vineyard farming with a non-interventionist approach in the cellar. Syrah and white Rhône varieties are central to the wines.
