Regional ingredients including quince, lavender, lemon-scented thyme, sloe and rosehip add detail, while a measured infusion of Saarburger Rausch Riesling brings a subtle fruit lift. The palate is aromatic and balanced, finishing cleanly at 44% alcohol.
