Riesling gives this Saar dry vermouth a bright, wine-led foundation, shaped by the cool climate and Devonian slate of the Saarburger Rausch vineyard. Fruit and acidity meet a firm herbal bitterness, creating a crisp, composed aperitif with enough structure for classic dry-vermouth cocktails. Serve well chilled, over ice or in a Martini-style drink.
