About Yoshinogawa
Yoshinogawa has brewed in Settaya, Nagaoka, since 1548 and is the oldest surviving sake brewery in Niigata Prefecture. It uses Niigata-grown rice and soft well water fed by snowmelt and the Shinano River system. Low-temperature Ginjo brewing is central to its work, using skills passed down through generations.
