Lemon zest, bitter almond and white flowers rise over a pronounced chalky note. The palate is bright and tightly drawn, with fine bubbles and bracing acidity giving the citrus fruit precision. Saline and savoury through the long finish, it has enough depth for scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken or firm Alpine cheese.

About Champagne Pascal Agrapart
Champagne Pascal Agrapart is an Avize grower-producer with holdings concentrated in the Chardonnay-planted grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Vineyards are ploughed and nourished with local compost. Estate bottling proceeds without fining or filtration, followed by hand riddling. Vénus comes from one Avize parcel worked without heavy machinery and is bottled as a vintage Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs.
