White pepper, chalk and crushed rock lead, with citrus zest, mint and subtle orchard fruit adding lift. The palate is seamless and finely layered, shaped by bright acidity and a distinctly mineral line. Bone-dry yet composed, it carries its depth into a long, saline finish. Serve with oysters, scallops, roast poultry or aged hard cheese.

About Champagne Pascal Agrapart
Champagne Pascal Agrapart is an Avize grower-producer with holdings concentrated in the Chardonnay-planted grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Vineyards are ploughed and nourished with local compost. Estate bottling proceeds without fining or filtration, followed by hand riddling. Vénus comes from one Avize parcel worked without heavy machinery and is bottled as a vintage Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs.
