Crisp yellow orchard fruit, raspberry and wild strawberry meet white flowers, citrus and a touch of nougat. The palate is layered and seamless, with delicate red fruit framed by lively tension and an elegantly vinous texture. Honeycomb and fine spice add depth before a long, bright and seemingly weightless finish.

About Champagne Jacquesson
Claude and Memmie Jacquesson founded the house in Châlons-sur-Marne in 1798; today it is based in Dizy. In 2000, Jacquesson began its numbered Cuvée 700 series, replacing the previous non-vintage brut. Each release is built around a principal harvest and reserve wines, allowing the blend to change with the year.
Dégorgement Tardif editions receive longer cellar ageing before release. The house also makes single-site wines, including Pinot Noir from Dizy Terres Rouges.
