About Pere Ventura
Pere Ventura founded his winery in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in 1991. His family’s involvement in Catalan sparkling wine spans four generations. Based in Penedès, the house works with the local Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada grapes. Its cavas undergo their second fermentation in the bottle. The range includes Reserva and Gran Reserva cavas, with extended ageing before release.
